Did George Anthony molest Casey Anthony?

Here are a list of "pro" and "con"; or, "for" and "against" the possibility that George molested Casey.

I. George Anthony did not molest Casey Anthony
II. George Anthony may have molested or inappropriately touched Casey Anthony (with various stages and wording explained)

I. George Anthony did not molest Casey Anthony.

1. There is no cooberation of Casey Anthony's claim, at least, thus far.

It is difficult to know what Jose Baez was thinking when he made this claim, but the additional details will cause most people to believe that he is lying (or that Casey lied to him, since he is her legal mouthpiece).

If Casey had been molested to the point where she was performing oral sex on him, at age 13, just before going off to school, there would likely have been some acting out behavior on Casey's part that would have drawn school official's attention such as:

a. inappropriate sexual acting out with classmates
b. Lots of missed school days
c. Lots of visits to the nurse, stomach pains, unknown ailments, psycho-sematic issues
d. Pediatrician concerns, lots of urinary tract infections
e. anger, rage, self-injurious behavior
f. depression
g. sharing info with girlfriends, who would have told someone; 13 year old girls do not keep secrets well
h. blow ups with her father in front of her mother

and so on. From what we have heard of her life, there has not been reports of severe behavioral issues when she was young.

Thus far, we have learned of no one to affirm this claim.  We await the testimony of Lee and/or Cindy, but thus far, there is nothing.

2.  Casey herself has no credibility.

Casey disclosed to her boyfriend, Tony, that Lee inappropriately touched her, but not George.
Casey wrote jail house letters that minimized molestation.

Casey has no credibility, yet Jose Baez wants the jury to take her word for it, after admitting that she lied about having a nanny and a job, and just about every detail concerning this case.  It is like saying "I have lied on 99 points, but I want to be believed now" which will not go well with a jury.

3.   If Casey feared George, when she was with police, she was safe.  Why not disclose then?

In all of her interviews with law enforcement, why didn't Casey mention this once?

In fact, while safely in jail, she is on tape saying what a wonderful grandfather he was to Caylee.

4.  Cindy appeared to rule the household with an iron hand.  George has shown himself to be an abdicating and weak man, though sexualized.  Would Cindy have allowed this to go on during her watch?  Cindy was Queen, but Lee may have been King or Prince; George was reduced to "jester" for amusement.  He did not hold steady work, but was a professional "faller" ; one who will keep falling until he gets his disability.  This reduced him to a 'joke' in the family, with Cindy consulting with Lee on major family decisions; likely parentifying Lee at an early age, molding him into what he became.
