The WWE Basketball Playoffs continue

Company man, Bob Delaney did David Stern's bidding last night. During the closing minutes of (First Round) Game 2 of Indiana versus Chicago, the most pivotal sequence was not a matter of players making plays. It was an interficial exhibition.

At one end of the court, the refs called a border line offensive foul on Roy Hibbert. And then on the next possession, Carlos Boozer plowed over Jeff Foster as he was trying to rebound the basketball. The ball went out of bounds, off of Foster. No foul was called. Bob Delaney was staring right at the play and he did nothing. He knows when to conveniently swallow that whistle and 'earn his money.'

The NBA got what they wanted; a win for D Rose (this year's anointed MVP) and the Chicago/National Market.

Of course, Shots Heard has no intention of keeping a daily log of the silliness. But make no mistake, this type of crap is going on every night in the NBA, especially during the playoffs.

David Stern is on notice for the umpteenth time. We know that you control who refs what games. We know that you give 'performance bonuses' for this type of officiating. We know why you pay refs much more money for playoff games. We also know exactly why you are paying per playoff game (and your interficials clearly get it too). We know that you block Youtube videos that chronicle the corruption.
