Why didn't they ask to have testimony read back to them? Why didn't they have audio or video played back to them?
Why didn't they seek instruction from the judge??
Perhaps they had a reason.
In a trial where polls ran as high as 98% guilty (I only saw one poll as low as 93%), what is it that caused the jurors to ignore evidence, testimony, and to ask not a single question of the judge?
It may be that we find a reason why the jury failed to find justice for Caylee Marie Anthony.
We all are seeking an answer.
The prosecution:
Presented a masterful case of circumstantial evidence; often, pre DNA, the only type of case presented. They showed everything, A to Z, on what Casey Anthony did to her child.
The defense was ignorant. The lies and red herrings were easy to discern.
The defense witnesses were either shot down by Prosecution, or turned around to become State witnesses.
The closing arguments were clear, well defined, and easy to follow.
So what is it that the jury missed?
Question: Could they be this stupid?
Answer: Not likely.
We are now just beginning to see the reason why they acquitted a murderer and the reason is as timeless as anything.
Did they do it for money?
We are just now getting in reports that may help us understand this perversion of justice. It may not be that they were all just too stupid to follow an argument.
We are now learning:
one has hired a publicist...
another is demanding 5 figures for an interview...
another demanded a trip to Disney world.
Is this the reason why they did not ask questions of the judge, nor seek clarification?
Could it be that the "reality TV" mentality that has become this media-frenzy world has infiltrated our criminal justice system?
Is this why they rushed through the verdict, without a thought as to hearing testimony read back, or evidence revisited?
Did the Casey Anthony jury sell its soul for money?
What may appear to be unthinkable to some, appears to be unfolding before our very eyes, as the jurors have not waited to even given an appearance of propriety. They are not able to present reasons for their decision, nor are we likely going to hear reasonable responses to why they did not re-visit testimony. Their quick rush to acquit is suspicious in and of itself, but now, with all that they are saying...including feigning to not understand the charges...
Statement Analysis will be used in their statements and we will get to the truth of why they did what they did.
